Silicon coated nylon fly, approx 1.87kg overall weight.
I bought this a couple of months ago on ebay, but don't think I'm going to get any use out of it this year so it's up for sale. I paid £123 (including postage). RRP is around £280
Price dropped to £95 (including...
Fingers crossed for you. My job, well, it's certainly more challenging than the last one. I've been exposed to more new things in the last 3 weeks than I was in the last 3 years. I'm currently working on a data conversion routine in Visual Web Developer.
Is your back any better?
Good news on the getting better front, doc sounds a bit crap vague though. Still might be worth visiting a physio though if it seems to be taking a while to sort out.
I was given exercises to strengthen my transverse abs and my butt (gluteus medius) and hip adductor stretches. The physio treatment 'fixed' it straight away.
Get thee to the doc (or perhaps a physio) post haste.
This time last year I 'hurt my back' (probably triggered by carrying a huge piece of kitchen worktop down a loft ladder!). Couldn't sit for very long, struggled to get in an d out of the car, couldn't roll over in bed, couldn't put socks...

After four days I...
I was forwarned by the handbook and actually managed to look quite smart, I'd done ironing and everything!
So, are you back studying then, what is it you're doing?
How goes it in sunny Sharpness?
I have moved (well, sort of) to Yorkshire. Got a new job, first day today. I apparently have to look professional at work.
They had loads in the stockport store today. Great value at £19.95 with 2 poles included.
These seem to disappear from the shelves in the summer (well, they did when I wanted one)
No need to be sarcastic Rik, I was a bit hurried with my post but was just trying to point out the caldera was conceived as complete system not a generic windshield. Using other, different types of stoves*, change the height from flame to base of pan, give out too much heat within the confines...
The caldera cone was designed as a system with the stove it comes with - a chimney stove.

Nowt wrong with bolts and lycra if that is, er, the 'tradition'.
You know full well though if trad routes in this country were retro bolted they would probably end up ruined by sheer weight of foot traffic. Think how polished the starts of many popular routes already are.
