They offer very little from a nutritional standpoint. Low in calories, very little protein, zero fat and low carb too. They’ll fill an empty stomach, but you won’t be surviving on them if you’re running a calorie deficit.

What colour would you say the smock is? It’s hard to tell from the photos as in some it looks grey, others it looks olive.

I did the same. Car crash tv for sure. You’ll learn more about humanity than survival from that programme. It was entertaining though if you like watching soggy people having hissy fits.
