I too have recently joined the FL2 club lol. After my discovery 3 decided it didn’t need coolant anymore I thought I’d try something different, but of course it still had to be a Land Rover.
Not really disproved as such. Just that over hydration isn’t necessary, but staying hydrated enough is. It can still cause issues if you don’t take on the right amount of water. I guess that’s dependant on the individual though. I just try and drink a little bit more than I normally would.
Just to point out though if people are going to increase dosage you need to drink. …A LOT! Muscle cramps are a side effect of crystallisation if you’re not taking on enough.
Yes for sure! 5mg daily has definitely helped with water retention in muscle mass. And I feel like I sleep better, and have less brain fog too.
It is also the most researched supplement ever.
I use a cold smoke generator. You will struggle to get cold smoke using the set up you’ve got. You’re better off barbecuing and adding smoke as a flavour with that set up. Usually the teepee style drying racks are done in the wind and dry air and the smoke keeps insects away as much as it adds...
Mine is “sealed” in the sense that it’s got four walls and no chimney but I did put a hole in the floor to allow air in, as the smoke will still rise and you’ll get a layer of oxygen at the bottom. That was my theory anyway. :dunno:
Thanks for the info! I thought about using ca glue when glueing up the liners on one of mine but didn’t think it would provide enough strength. I’ll give it a try next time I think.
@Stuart Mitchell Knives Are you using only the cyanoacrylate for scales and bolts? Does it offer a strong enough bond? Could you explain the advantages and disadvantages of using it vs epoxy in this context please? I’ve only ever used it in woodworking where I want a temporary or low...
Yep. Other than hand lining down a steep slope or similar but I’d still suggest an alternative route would be a safer option. A throw line wouldn’t be a bad call if you were super keen on taking something.
Hi Dale.
Check out my thread here about my smoker and how it’s set up. :-)
