A small selection of photos from my last few hikes on Dartmoor, the last two weeks.

I live in Debm, in the Dartmoor NP man and boy, but I love Exmoor, it is a lot quieter than Dartmoor, although if you know where, you can always get away and not see another human being. I would hate to live in a town as well! In fact…….I can’t stand them!

No, it doesn’t work very well in Scotland at all, initially it did, but not now. Scotland has lots of land and few people, in comparison England has less land but a much higher population. The Right to Roam for England would be absolute carnage!

Total, and absolute rubbish I would very strongly suggest that I would have forgotten more than you know about rural life, and the reality. But we are never going to agree so no point in continuing, but at what university were you brain washed?

Can we get this right guys, wild camping per se was NOT banned on Dartmoor, or even threatened to be banned. It was a small area of the designated wild camping area owned by two private landowners that was the issue, and I for one, are over the moon they lost. As far as I am concerned, they can...
