    Moto Bushcrafting gear?

I mean I wish they were made in Germany rather than china because they would be good quality

    Moto Bushcrafting gear?

I ask because I'm a fan of ortlieb and quality straps. Alas no not made in Germany like most of their range

    Moto Bushcrafting gear?

Those are just ladder straps. Are they made in Germany or China like every other ladder strap ? The reason I prefer bungee for securing soft stuff like bags is it's easy to pull from allsorts of different angles when you wrap around whatever fixing points are available on the bike and they pull...

    Moto Bushcrafting gear?

Oh another thing I like to do for extra security is make sure the bag is touching my back so I'll feel it if it starts to move. Good for peace of mind

    Moto Bushcrafting gear?

Don't be afraid to pull those bungees all the way tight, take a wrap around something before hooking it at helps keep the tension and takes pressure off the hook. Ladder straps are good to but tbh I prefer bungees also sometimes use a quality elasticated cargo net for odd shaped loads. The...

    Multi-Tools for Bushcraft?

If they gave the skeletool replaceable cutters it would be a great tool imo, as it is I like it but too expensive

    Multi-Tools for Bushcraft?

So for pliers based you want one with an outside accessible blade then. Wave surge skeletool etc (I don't know the Swiss tool models)

    Multi-Tools for Bushcraft?

Do you want the multitool to function as your pocket knife too or is it as an extra to pack away just in case?

    Moto Bushcrafting gear?

Wear your bushcraft gear under sized to fit bike gear, maybe just pack a jacket. You'll be glad to get the bike gear off after a rainy ride or keep it on and be dry in camp. As for specific items for a adventure boots are the most comfortable I've had to walk in. Even the high ones A rucksack...

    Titanium Grill

65 dollars is a bit steep eh, 12 quid is expensive since it doesn't even have legs Imo What was that little german grill? Single leg thing like those forged items you always see at shows, but backpack friendly

    Absolute Zero - Mine/Craft

Yeah I prefer the large scissor type traps for moles. Connibears tend to be larger than a mole trap needs to be, they only need to open as wide as a mole run. Otherwise fen traps or live catch cage traps are my go to.

    Absolute Zero - Mine/Craft

I meant last hijack from me lol I have squirrel and mole trap lines out atm but I could easily add rabbit fox or anything else that's legal to trap.

    Absolute Zero - Mine/Craft

Not a problem lol, Trapping and killing has been part of how I earn a living for decades. Just a little improvisation on making the trap, improvising something as effective as a rifle is a whole other story....I have many rifles and still use traps, tells me everything I need to know In fact...

    Absolute Zero - Mine/Craft

Nope, trapping beats attempting to throw sticks all day every day

    Absolute Zero - Mine/Craft

I would say traps are the most effective for hunting. You'll burn a lot of daylight stalking stuff when a trap works 24hrs for free
