OK so no one wants the radio. After receiving my gift it on, It turns out I have a fair amount of the stuff already so I am offering up the mato fishing kit, couple of keyring capsules, the multi tools, I will add an aluminium pan with folding handle and I'll chuck a few little bits in when I...

Yeah, I liked it for the same reason, I will use it as a shelf to stand the cups and jetboil on when in use.

    Chuck boxes

If I still had my pickup I would certainly use one. I have one in the garage, unfortunately I have a small saloon car now, a jaguar xtype, the boot isn't huge so I'm looking at a smallish one to fit to the side and won't take up boot space, it has a small nook on either side, one side already...

Not sure it will hold my weight to be honest, I've already emptied and refilled 3 times, it definitely will evolve as time goes on and I will probably be buying more boxes and containers until I find the perfect one for what I want, certainly cures the boredom.

    Chuck boxes

After a search through the local junk emporium and measuring and inspecting ammo boxes and buying a tool case which is too big for my needs, I found this metal file box for £5, quickly stuffed some bits in and it looks like a winner, I'm going to line it with non slip matting to soften the...

So I've fell at the first hurdle :banghead: Metal box I have is too small height wise, The jetboil won't stand in and lid doesn't shut, Now looking at an ammo tin with atleast 200mm in internal height. I will get one and will put pics up asap

Small carrier bag for rubbish. Condiment sachets. Pasta/rice just add water types. Will add and take...

I think yours sounds ideal for what I want to do, I have had a dig about in the garage and found a good sized metal box, I'll have a play over the next few days and post some pics of what I came up with.

    Chuck boxes

I think, it will pretty much house, Jetboil with a Stanley Cook set, the one with the two green mugs in, Some coffee's and fruit teas, hot chocolate, spoon, forks, maybe some plastic or metal plates, some easy boil or cook foods, It will generally be used while out at nature reserves so I can...

    Chuck boxes

So I was trolling around on YouTube looking for an idea on a simple stow away system for making a coffee or a quick bite to eat and be small enough to not take up to much room in the boot of my car. I've had to down size from a large truck to a medium saloon (Jaguar X type), I found loads of...
