We are located in the Kyle of Sutherland. The east coast is approximately 40 minutes drive and the west coast similar(ish). Plenty of woodland (not mine) with trails and hardly anyone around. Lots of rivers (which we swim in) and canoeing/kyaking nearby with trout fishing at reasonable cost.

I ventured into Inverness last week. Not the city centre but outskirts and Tesco. Animal feed wholesalers - nobody distancing or wearing masks. Same at the tractor shop and Tesco. It was if everything is over and done with. Scary stuff.
I was looking out of the poly tunnel this afternoon and started thinking about Christmas (dinner). This is midnight, unfortunately born a boy; but fortunately (for us) now Christmas dinner. Anyone have an good recipes for roasted goose?
