That's a pretty rare sight in that neck-of-the-woods, for that matter anywhere. Nice one. Fishermen would tell you they grow large, quickly by eating all the specimen fish in the rivers since their re-introduction. There is quite a debate in angling circles at least.

Sure. I ordered this from Guy as one of his standard 3mm 01 bushcrafters and specified tapered tang, wooden handle with complimentary liners and mosaic pins. IIRC, he proposed the two-tone Amboyna burl and then I left it with him. The knife arrived several months later. Overall length is 240mm...

Mine has arrived. Thanks for all the hard work getting this GB finished off. Much appreciated. I must say the one I have has a different blade profile at the tip of the blade with no real point to the blade and a less consistent grind along the edge. I'm pretty sure this is the luck of the draw...
