hi anyone know of any festivals / fayer's in the southwest, that are kinda trad crafts medieval music kinda things? i was going to joust a few years back up it canceled and went bust.. so im looking for something to take the wife and 6yold to later this year or next..
i Just picked up a copy of the collins tree guide from a popular highstreet news and stationary co.. it looks good, much more detail and info than the Gem..
i had some para boots a few years back never again.. they were surplus german mk4 fine for a few hours but always left me dying to take them off, so wi got a decent pair of hiking boots and have never looked back..
i do miss my really old KSBs they were my fave alltime boot.
I have 2 sak, the huntsman (i think) and another, i have the huntsman ok my keys so carry it mostly. the other stays with my back pack.

i know its a bit lame but i found some hazels yesterday, with the start of some nuts, so looking forward to September to pick a few.. i got hold of a collins gem tree book as my knowledge of trees is worse than i thought..
i took off the case as it was broken and tied a simple over under knot see the pics. turned the usb over then did the same, repeated till i finished.. melted the ends but it doesn't feel so secure a better ending may be well better!
photos poor quality as my camera phone is pants...
just a thought but if they come in big packs and u want enough for a small drink you could buy or make a tablet press to make them carryable and easy to use..
+i have a
Freeloader Pico Solar Charging Unit which is a wast of time, it actually drains my PDA of power.. and is next to no use with simple mobile phone charging..

Ive made small zipper tags, neck lanyard, key fobs, and covered a broken usb memory stick (cover broken not stick) ive even used non paracord 3m reflective guy line to make a bracelet and key fob.
ive found powder drinks and powder ice tea in the international food shops, poluish, south african types, very good some of them.. though i cant remember brands..

i just taught the girls at my youth club (8 -110 how to tie the cobra knot and may key fobs they were well exited about it and one made 3 of them.. i think i need to learn new knots for next week!
