I have 2 Real Steels myself and been hugely impressed for the price. The only thing I dislike is the Luna has a back spring that’s slightly on the weak side, but overall a cracking knife.
How firm is the back spring tension on the Premium?
I think Elliot Page (formally Ellen Page) would tick a lot of boxes in my humble (yet overbearingly conceited) opinion.

My basswood strop and paste arrived well and Ive used a D2 toolsteel pen knife (Real steel Luna) on the combo with good results.
They cut surprisingly aggressive and it’s gets rid of the sharpening burr in no time at all, and has left me with a fine edge.
