Hi everyone,
Childhood woods adventures sparked a lifelong passion for bushcraft. Still loving the great outdoors, and looking forward to swapping stories and learning from this forum!

Hello DaveSunny,
Welcome to our forum.
I have this strange sense we have met before….ah yes, there we are, de ja vu! Amazing, right?

Hello Dave :) I'm also new.

Ah childhood woods adventures, that takes me back. Some of my top memories are of a bluebell woods near where I grew up. What are yours like?
Since “Dave” just copied and pasted a previous member’s post it’s unlikely he has any such memories himself. More likely that he grew up in Mumbai or Lagos and now sits at a computer posting spam or trying to defraud grannies.

The real disappointment is that after pasting his post, “Dave” didn’t come back to see what sort of welcome he had received.:)
You must have met him in LA, he's moved to Texas by the looks of it.

Bot or AI troll? It's rife on Reddit. There are even sleuth bots you can call up to check the likelihood of you're interacting with a human. u/bot-sleuth-bot is a good one.

Put List of Bots on Reddit into Google and there are lists of troll bots, negative reply bots, repost bots etc. Some are really useful and do things like detect reposts or stabilise videos. Then read Dead Internet Theory

Probably not here, I think we're mainly human. ;)
