Anyway, at this time of year we tend to use a fair bit of wild garlic and we tired it on a home made pizza last weekend and it went surprisingly well. Just tomato base, moz, black olives and a good handful of leaves. One of those 'definitely do that again' ideas rather than 'that was ok...'
