Wife totally agrees about some modern needles. If you get a rough one you’ll probably have to throw the whole packet but often they are good enough. (She’s a consummate needle woman and just got a first at Uttoxeter Quilt and Embroidery show)

If In the meantime anyone wants part of a crushed hammock (it’s a lot jollier than a camo one) or the book offered by @FerlasDave then that’s fine.
Bring whatever knife you think that you really might need (if any) that you can get through the airport.
I don’t carry any knife at all when I holiday (self catering or hotel) here in UK and I’ve never wished that I did have one.
