If it's still in warranty (aren't they 5 years?) just send it back. Especially if you saw some of the lining coming out of the valve. Otherwise it's a game of hide and seek with the leak. For some reason I seem to see a lot of leaky or failed exped mat reports online. Mainly the downmat though.

Been looking around online without much success for some Permethrin in 10% or similar solution. Would like to treat my clothing before travel and buying and diluting a 10% solution is much much cheaper than buying a pre-made 0.5% spray that can only treat a single item.

I drank the tap water in Spain when I was there earlier this year. No problems. Morocco, was a different story. Bottle water all the way.
