Difference being..all examination requirements for those professions you mentioned are independently adjudicated by a board of examiners.
NCFE & IOL Bushcraft Quals are adjudicated by the individual provider....who make up their own course prices...there is no external independent examination...

NCFE Level 3 is supposed to be aquivalent to an 'A' Level..the real qualification that takes 2 years of solid study to accomplish.

I guess for me it was learning to orienteer with just the map and pacing before learning how to use a compass properly.
DDCRAPS is a great training aid.
I was diagnosed with PTSD and went through 2 years of therapy with NHS Veterans Wales. A combination of CBT & EMDR which worked to a certain degree but I found that being in my woods and wandering the land post treatment has helped immensely.
I still have my dark days and my wife picks up on it...
