    Hello all, seen this on the military 1st website,(link below) described as a sleeping bag cover as opposed to a bivvy bag. What's the difference? And has anyone ever used one, seems very cheap?     Whats your oldest kit

    Still use a trangia from the 80's, a leatherman I bought when working in the states in the 90's and a mora that I was given when working in Norway, also in the 90's. Also have a 3/4 length thermarest from the 80's but don't use it anymore having upgraded to a thicker, wider one.

    New member, scotland.

    Hi all, year round wild camper here, manage to get out most weeks mostly just for one nighters in the Highlands. Car or mbike camp and shelter ranges from baker tent with woodburner to tent to bivvy when midges/snow allows.
