I've always had good luck with contacts. But I've been thinking about getting a good pair of shooting style prescription glasses that turn into sunglasses. The reason being it's tough to put contacts in and out in a tent while camping.

Anyone care to comment?

What's the difference between Bushcraft Mag. and Bushcraft & Survival Skills Magazine? I'm from the USA and want to get a subscription to a good Bushcraft magazine. Are there more than these two? Which one do you recommend? thanks, ECKS

I'm looking for a Bushcraft style knife similar to the one Ray Mears uses. Here's my criteria: Good tool steel (a2, d2, etc..) Scandi Grind Full tang with Micarta scales. Can anyone recommend a manufacturer, model name, or custom knifemaker that makes one fitting my criteria, Thanks

If the skin on the end of your fingertips by your nails cracks, bleed and hurt, put a little bit of SUPER GLUE in the crack. it doesn't burn, it closese the wound and you can go about your work pain free.
