John,Great photos John,brings back memories of my youth growing up in the Tararua Ranges area of Horowhenua,though very distance now.(I can still remember at my age(53) heading for the bush at 13 years of age for my first solo tramp.)You have some areas of outstanding natural beauty in both the North and South Islands.
