Whilst searching for a new car my shopping browsing wandered towards other toys, such as GPS, whilst realistically I don't really need an incar gps as 9 times out of 10 I have a rough idea where im going there has been the odd occasion id whished id had one, rather than circling, scratching head and then finally asking a pedestrian, who is usually equally clueless or shouts out a string of directions, left right, left, striaght over follwed by "You cant miss it" I thought i might check out some of the cheaper models on ebuyer for 60 pounds or so.
Id also like a GPS for getting back into the ole hillwalking again since some folks at work swear by them for when the fog comes down. Im already an owner of Memory Map with maps of scotland so ideally something that killed two birds with one stone would be great.
I noticed that Road Angel now have a Navigator 7000 that encompases both of these two worlds. http://www.memory-map.co.uk/road_angel_adventurer_satnav.htm
http://www.road-angel-gps.co.uk/road-angel-navigator-7000.htm
Has anyone any experience of this device, is a bit more than id like to pay but i like the fact it has dual functionality.
Stoo.
