I see the company where I got this from no longer sells them but I will do my best to explain.
Its a NFC ( Near Field Communication ) device /button on a paracord bracelet.
JAB-D JAB-D (Micro) and the dot- With an NFC enabled device it can be used to store text, URL, links to files/video, make calls, send SMS, add a location/address, start navigation to a location, open street view at coordinates, information in case of emergency, Bitcoin address, Bluetooth connection, Configure a Wi-Fi network, sound controls and media, set display settings, manage the configuration on your device, tasks from apps, phone features, file operations, compose an email, compose a tweet, open geolocation, open an address, turn on/off camera flash (flashlight), vibrate, timestamp, talking clock, pop-up message, notification and more.
JAB-D and JAB-D (Micro) Technical Information:- the dot Technical Information:-NXP- ICODE Slix, type 5 chip for stronger connection than the JAB-D (NTAG) range112 bytes: 28 blocks (4 bytes each)Fully compatible with all NFC enabled cell phones - Android and IOSIP68 rated, dust-tight and protected against the effects of continuous immersion in waterUndetectable with hand-held/walk-through metal detectors Anti-metal We use NFC Tools Pro and NFC Tasks.
So effectively you can use any of the free Apps out there to program the button with whatever you like.

I've decided mine is like a 3d Tetris puzzle - i can make it semi tidy only by stacking the various boxes in upon each other.
But don't try getting anything out. Fools errand!!
