Have been playing around with leather stamping and tooling recently and this is the first thing I have made featuring stamping. A leather belt pouch for a survival tin (tobacco tin)
there are various stages in leather parking where I think ‘this looks crud’ but it usually ends up okay in the end! The worst is definitely the dyeing stage. To be honest this is a bit darker than I would have liked. I should have used medium brown not dark brown. It has polished up okay though and came out richer in colour than I was expecting!
