Finally got out to the woods this weekend, for a much needed break.
Weather was a mixed bag, overcast and dry on Friday but down to 4 degrees overnight. Saturday was sunny with cloudy intervals, but by late afternoon storm Freya started to make herself known. The communal shelter
with the sides down meant we were all comfy around the fire and out of the worst of the wind. Rain started around midnight and was still raining when we all packed up.
Some whittling and a couple of walks around the farm and woods, made for an enjoyble and relaxing weekend.
Heating a chicken and mushroom pasta ration pack for saturday lunch outside my home for the weekend.
