I'm pretty sure that they do develop those pods. I'm taking the dog out for a walk now so I'll check when I'm out. As the Flaming stuff now grows all over the island.

oil seed rape, we have fields of the horrible stuff here, smells like rotting cabbage when it rippens and they harvest it, pull it out quick before the seed pods burst

I didn't manage to get any photo's but yes it definatly has those little pods.
