We have a replacement en route from Dell. BCUK has outgrown the solution they currently have (again); so we're now looking at alternatives.

All shall be resolved for good.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything without Tony's authorization - seeing as he his currently away (apparently?) we're not able to collaborate with him.

That is another point to add.
