After finishing my wool shirt ,





I wanted a windproof anorak to cover it :) ,

A tent fly sheet was used ideal cotton canvas and very windproof .

I kept it very simple pattern same as the wool shirt ;)

Here it is worn over the wool shirt .







Note hanging tab below hood



Yes Martin my tongue is sticking out :rolleyes:



Worn without the wool shirt this things huge :)



Not long till Lapland ,,,yerrrrr

As normal Excellent, and a very good idea.I know you won't mind so i think i will make one now i have seen how good yours is.I tried to make one when i was not that good at making things . It was a bad fit and i looked like a extra from the wizard of oz ha ha.Thanks for all your great posts.

Just finished a wool warm pouch to go into the pocket of my anorak :)

Fitted two storage pockets to the rear ,



Shame not to reuse the blanket labels ;)



The finished item put a but of edging around the opening to give it a bit of rigidity
