Tracking Course

As part of my work perks they give me £150 per year to do a non work related training course. So with this in mind, can anyone suggest a tracking course which would fit the bill for a nocive tracker (I've read half of the Bob Carrs book so far!)?

Perhaps a course on mediation would be better!
