Nova Scotia is fantastic. Lots of people think of the west coast when they think of wilderness in Canada, but the east coast is worth investigating too. For people in Europe, it is more accessible.

I have family in Scova Notia, and a week hiking around Kejimkujik was a really wondrous experience. Seeing old growth (400 year old) hemlock forest was awe inspiring. Oh, so that is what forests are supposed to look like. Next time I go I'm going canoeing instead of hiking.

Yeah, I lived in Nova Scotia for about 14 months as well as Newfoundland and New Brunswick, beautiful part of the world that's for sure, spent 2 years in total out there.
