I have posted before on flint available for swap, of which I still have plenty, I also have a large amount of suture material for trade.
Silk, nylon and some other synthetics, may even have some cat gut at the back of the draw which is the same as sinew.
It is out of date so cannot be used for sewing up people/animals but could be used for anything else.
