Hi could some one please write a tutorial with images (if poss) on how to prepare rabbit and or pheasant?

You might want to have a dredge through the "Fair Game" section - there should be a fair bit in there.

How long would it take to cook a rabbit in a pit oven / roasting, howlong pheasants, also how long do you roast trout and salmon for?
