I've decided not to remove the handle on this and put a new one on as the scales aren't that bad and it seems a bit wrong. They're too bloomin' comfy! 
Unused except a slight start of polishing the bevels on one side only.
Original sheath is still bagged
The only scale movement is a very slight change around the tang and a crack by the lanyard hole.
The crack has shrunk slightly since I first got it:
