hi all,
i was thinking the other night ( i had the family brain cell that night!!! lol) about how bushcrafting can be a bit off a physical pastime, lots of walking in woods, chopping with your axe etc and was wondering. how many of you keep to an excercise regime to stay fit and what do you do to stay fit for our pastime? would there be a cause to develop a regime towards bushcrafting? there are plenty of routines out there for other pastimes aren't there so what would be good for us. personally i run 3 times a week and hit the gym twice. but is there or could there be something better so as we could enjoy hauling backpacks etc in our pastime?
regards
james
