"we drove for an hour and a half through a forest of pine, birch and aspen" Well that sums it up in a way. Pine, birch and aspen it may have been but driving it still was. Such a cynic I am. For me these days I might drive for an hour and a half to get to favourite spot, but it has nothing to do with the distance, nor pine, birch and aspen. It is the traffic
