Zebra Billy and Sea to Summit Kitchen Sink question

I've googled until I'm goggle-eyed, but can't find the answer. Does anyone know what size Zebra billy that a packed Sea to Summit 5L Kitchen Sink fits in the top pan of? Is it a 12 or a 14cm?
