im not sure i have ever seen wild sheep or goats in the UK

Good point Lou, I think that its almost impossible, considering the amount of hill farming of said animals, that some have not established themselves outside human control.

there are a number of outfitters in the UK that offer feral goat stalking, Peter Carr @ whitehunter safaris shoots them in the north i think and a freind off mine has 300 acres near the harfren forest in wales that has a good head off ferals on it.
