wild camping in west yorkshire?

Hello this is my first post here, I've been lurking for a while now I have decided to join up.

I live in West Yorkshire and was wondering if there is anyone on the forum that knows the area and has any good spots for wild camping; preferably away from chavs and other such anoyances!

I used to know of loads of places. I spent much of my formative years in Calderdale. Don't go to Hardcastle Craggs. You'll get eaten by wood ants.

I've walked from *** a few times up the *** Valley and found a few quiet spots.

Don't think it is a good idea to post replies re good locations on here where visitors or brousers can pick up the information. It is better to P.M. a reply to the original correspondent, and maybe indicate on here that you have done so. This may help to keep good sites confined to responsible Bushcrafters. Just a thought.
