Weld mat

Not sure where to put this ... I need a piece of weld mat, used is fine, about 6" square to go under my honey stove. Been trying to get some but it costs a fortune new and I don't seem to know any welders (one possibly). Does anyone have any? Or know where I should look?

You should be able to pick up a cheap soldering mat from a DIY store, the Silverline ones are cheap around £4
