Yeh, every path has been washed away on my usual dog walking routes. Its literally feels like its been gails and raining for about three months non stop!

One of the woods, must have had 20 trees, all over 125 foot, blown over. Scots pines, Sitka Spruce, Larch. Thats Bingley way.

Its actually getting dangerous on the moors now. Theres peat on normally safe paths that'll suck you straight under above halifax.

Flooded roads every where. Crazy weather. For weeks. The river Aire at Skipton, carleton, has flooded numerous fields, right up to my mates door. He says he can fish out of his window!

Ive not known it go on for this long before.

Must have had high rainfall up North.
Is that ironic understatement?
It's not at all certain when there was last a waterfall at Malham Cove. Not in living memory, some suggestions say as long as not in the last 200 years.
I have a friend who lives in Cumbria. The police have sent a list of bridges affected by floods:

B5295 bridge at Braithwaite – washed away.
Fitz Footbridge, Keswick – washed away.
Pooley Bridge – washed away
Miler bridge, Kendal – damaged remains closed
Greta Bridge B5289 – damaged remains closed
Hawes Bridge, Natland – damaged remains closed
Clappersgate, Brathay -closed
Gowan bridge, Stavely – damaged remains closed
Bridge over River Eden in Appleby (Bridge St) – report that a section of this bridge has collapsed.
Botcherby Bridge, Warwick Road, Carlisle – bridge inspection due shortly.
Langwathby Bridge – bridge inspection required before opening.
Scroggs Bridge (North of Staveley over R. Kent) – closed.
Gote Bridge, Cockermouth – Road closure at this location, inspection required.
