I've always got on extremely well with Craghopper Classic Kiwis.
Another vote for them. They only wear out in the sear area for some odd reason.
They now make some called Kiwi Ripstop which I am trying to find to look at as they are a Kiwi with 2 cargo pockets and made of a ripstop material.
To go with another thread here Craghopper might be going down the pan a bit as they are now owned by Regatta and based on what happened to Karrimor/Gelert when they were bought by Sports Direct it never improves quality.

I’m a big fan of Kuhl pants, right around your budget and nice and heard wearing too!
I have three pairs of Kuhl trousers. They have replaced all other brands. All are super comfy, hard wearing, smart enough for the pub or restaurant and very good in the woods or on day hikes. I'd go so close to say they're the perfect all-rounder!
