I've managed to get my hands on a few pairs of waterproof trousers, the US ECWCS desert camo ones. They are brand new, made from genuine Gore tex and are pretty cool!

Featuring zip leg-openings for pulling on over boots and elastic pull cord on the waist. These overtrousers are double thickness gortex in the seat and on the knees making them far more durable than all single-skin gortex trousers.

Size is Xlarge Long, which is waist over 39", leg 32 1/22 to 35 1/2"

I usually wear large long surplus , considering this has to be put over pants they are perfect size for me yes?
