Hi all,

Firstly, moderators please let me know if you're unhappy with this.

This is a book I've had for many years: its the US Marine Corps Field Training Manual 'Demolition & Sabotage' by Lt Col G MacGuire-Pearce. It's a 'Rucksack and Rifle' black-and-white facsimile reprint (are they still going?) of what is quite an old book. Very good condition.

If you want to know how to make explosives and detonators, and how to blow things up... this is not the book for you. I would suggest you join the military, do the wonderful dems course and/or become an EOD specialist or Ammunition Technical Officer. The book assumes you are already in the military and have access to proper dems kit.

The book is more about selection targeting of industry/logistics, very much a theatre/strategic level text. It is quite dated and will likely be of interest only to military collectors/enthusiasts. I'm basically having a bit of a clear out and it's no use to me anymore.

I'll leave it up for a week and people can DM me with an offer if they're interested. If you want anymore info about it, please DM me.

Bit different, but I don't see it being a problem :) off the top of my head I can think of half a dozen folks who'd read that with enjoyment.

The only issue is that you're supposed to set a price before you post, and to give the postage costs too.

Have a think, put up a price and folks can pm you and discuss it with you.

Good luck with the sale :)

Oh dear, someone will report you to "prevent" for that. We live in such censorious times. My brother can only access the internet through public librariers, and recently I sent him a couple of links about historical firearms and bayonets, and lo and behold they were blocked.

If I get any complaints then I'll shift the thread into Fair Game.

If anyone opens that forum, then it's on their own recognisance that there potentially might be something that will set someone off if they see it in a school, uni, college....etc.,
