This is the newer model of the Axiom 24 pack (with the redesigned lay flat internal pockets and tweave stretch internal pocket) in black vx21.

Xpac VX21, as i understand it is fully waterproof but lightweight, making this a pretty solid little day pack. Top of the pack is hypalon (for structure, as I recall) so looks slightly different but is equally water shedding.

The main boon of this pack for me is external accessibility. Two zipped pocket pockets give you concealed water bottle storage or handy access for a small umbrella / any longer objects such as a small tripod. Also, an inverted pocket at the front base of the back (also accessible inside the main compartment) gives you quick access to a layer, meaning you can swing the bag off one shoulder and quickly get a rain shell or light down jacket.

Ridiculous amount of organisation without the weight, bulk or tactical / off to invade gregg’s look.

Some specs:

Raised areas of stiffened foam to leave two large air gaps down your back
- Laptop pocket
- document pocket along back (I used this for an iPad, in addition to the laptop.
- Concealed side access bottle pockets that take a good size water bottle but don't protrude outside the outline of the pack
- Top sunglasses pocket (big enough to take my sunglasses in a thick leather case and have room to spare).
- Lower zip pocket for a waterproof / light down layer that sits behind the front organiser pocket (inside the main compartment) for quick access when it starts chucking it down.
- Frame sheet
- Big main pocket
- Front organiser pocket (with its own depth) w/: large zip pocket (big enough for tablet or an Apple Wireless keyboard), organiser pockets and a heavy duty mesh zip pocket on the front.

Condition:
This is in excellent condition, having mostly been stored since use. It has never been used for outdoorsy type activity or traipsing around town. It has had very minimal use to and from the office but, since I switched back to satchels, it has mainly been hanging in my gear cupboard. As such, it looks in very good nick with some slight fuzz on a couple of points of the underside of the shoulder straps.

Photos show condition. Hypolon top looks different but is in good condition

I’ve added a couple of clips to the ends of the load lifter straps. These can easily be removed. But allow the load lifter straps to be clipped to the webbing on the front of the shoulder straps but unclip instantly, as required.

Price:
This cost me a significant chunk over £400, landed with shipping and customs. They’re currently £480 at heinnie

Asking £305 inc shipping to UK.
