Got this in Asda today

it cost £1.50 but Im sure you could make your own if you had some thin bungee cord.

no pegs, the items just tuck in the winds of the cord.

(Im pretty sure its only for light things, since the suction hooks which I will replace with something better are only light.)

Those lines with suckers are handy if you in a hotel with a tiled bathroom. The suckers stick well to the tiles and you can dry stuff overnight on them, but when I'm camping out I find that the paracord and a couple of trees approach is by far the simplest way to do the job.

I dont have much cord.

(except guys, and washing on guys is so unappealing...but it shows where they are at least)

and then you would need PEGS

I know they’re not to bushcrafty, but I have one and find it really useful camping and in hotels. You don’t need pegs (as you just poke the material through the twist) and without the cups, the hooks attach to just about anything. Always have one in my sponge bag.
