Found this little axe at a car boot sale this morning, only £2, needs a lot of work. It's 12" long overall.

It is stamped "TOGA British Made", anyone ever heard of these? are they any good?

Well i've now removed all the black paint, and started work on thining the tip to overcome the 'Disc grinder sharpen' that the car boot stall holder did on it.

A short amount of time googleing and it seems that "Toga Tools" were a pre war maker of tools for capenters . (going by the prices in the catalogs , not the cheapest nor the most expensive)
