Hi guys, ok this is my first thread so forgive my nievaty
Im just starting out with bushcrafting and i am looking at buying my first serious pack (im about 6foot1inch as i know hight can make a difference), i have looked at the british army PLCE Bergen with side pouches
(120L) and i like the adaptability and utility of a militry backpack and personaly perfer the millitry look to the civvy style but im worryed ill abuse the 120L capacity and in turn abuse my back and shoulders.
So the first trip i have coming up is me and one other person traveling to scotland and camping for 6 nights in vairious locations between us we have my 30L northen island patrol pack and i want to take one other larger pack, as well as the PLCE bergen i have looked at some of the slightly smaller 60L PARA Backpacks around.
Can anyone advise on a good pack given my situation and recommend a size i.e. is 120L to big, is 60L too small?
