I took a gentle two days... but that was with lots of side wanders to look at aircraft wreck, a bit of photography etc etc - the hills are not a racetrack and I have never been a racer :)
It should be a reasonable 6.5 - 8 hours :)

Thanks John. I'm trying to sort transport logistics, and had guessed at 8 or 9 nine hours, but actual experiences are helpful.

Cheers, Michael.

It all depends on your fitness - and how long you spend over lunch/photography/getting side-tracked by scenery etc - 6.5 would be a heads down -push on time for me in my prime :)
It would be more fun at 9, even better at 2 days :)

The Rainy Side of the Lakes.
I've just got back after a fantastic day out, showered and a bottle of icily cold IPA just opened. It's a completely different walk to the Snowdon Horseshoe, but equally good and it's now my joint favourite Welsh walk. Well worth doing.

Cheers, Michael.
