I purchased a Vaude tent in September and just before Christmas a bit fell off of it. Cotswold offered to send it to Vaude for repair. They did not know that Vaude took a two week break over Christmas and it turns out that Vaude UK sent it to Germany for repair.
Long story short, I may not have had it back before i'm out in the woods next so they gave me a new one and said they would arrange the exchange with Vaude.
