Hello,
I will be heading to Asia in a couple of weeks.
Does anyone have any advice or recommendations for bushcraft?
I found a couple of bushcraft schools in Thailand but they are very expensive. A bit of a rip-off really. Western run but with local staff.
Chiang Mai is well known for the elephant and hill tribe treks, so maybe I can find something up there.
Jungle bushcraft book recommendations?
I got some instruction at JEST in the Philippines, a few years ago. Highly recommended. But you will need to sort out a good price for solo tuition. My first friction fire with bamboo.
Looking forward to camping out with the king cobras again.
