I am pruning my winter kit and these have to go. A pair of heavyweight Swedish Army Wool trousers. These have a high reputation as being tough, warm and highly weather resistant. Strictly for winter, they weigh in at around 1.1kg. The wool is thick but soft with a great nap.
These do not have the cargo pockets seen on some and the bottoms have been cut to size so there are no leather straps to secure to ankles. Because the wool is so dense, this has not caused fraying even though there is no hem (see pic).
Size is listed as C52 which translates into a 34 inch waist on my tape measure. Inside leg is 30.5 inches.
Traditional cut so high waisted, baggy legged with two front slash pockets, button fly, wide belt loops and braces buttons. Colour is grey.
Condition is excellent with no holes/repairs/tears/marks.
Reduced to £15 inclusive of post and fees.
