It's SF100 stainless. It's the one Stuart uses on most of his knives.

Thank you mate, much appreciated. Unfortunately I've recently bought a knife from this forum and my money is being outstripped by my sharps addiction😵. Far too many people wanting to tempt me with exotic steel and scales LOL!! Hope someone snaps it up mate, he is a great knife maker and I believe they retain an edge for ages.

No problem. I don't think it will be around for long. I've recently decided to downsize the collection but I have a Stuart Mitchell Deval ill never sell, his knives are excellent. Really think he's one of the best British makers atm.
