Some years ago I asked for a recommendation on here for binoculars. I was pointed in the direction of Strathspey who I found on eBay.
I bought some 10x 50's which I found a bit heavy for me but great for lower light conditions and later 8x32's which are great and my regular user. The binos specifications I found made both pairs good value for money.
Now after a few years the eye cup adjuster cracked and although functional made them a bit awkward to use so I sent them an email asking if they would be able to repair them at my cost.
I have just had them returned to me within a week free of charge!
Well I think that's great customer service and was made up... So if you fancy some new inexpensive binos from a British company look no further.
